The Holy Archdiocese of Australia is pleased to inform its Christ-loving plenitude that the Northern Territory Government has granted the request of the Parish of Saint Savvas of Kalymnos, in the Palmerston area of Darwin, and provided land measuring 10,067 sq.m.
On this plot of land, the Parish will build a Church, two event halls, auxiliary spaces and a parking space with a capacity of 127 cars.
Expressing grateful thanks to the Government of the Northern Territory for supporting the needs of the Greek Orthodox community, we pray to the good God to grant health and strength to the Parish Priest Father Christos Tsoraklidis, the Church Committee members and the devout parishioners, for the success, with the grace of God, of their God-pleasing endeavours.
